CONWAY'S ECHO BAY RESORT POLICIES

• All weeks run Saturday to Saturday. 

• Check-out is 10:30 AM; Check-in is 3:00 PM.  unless otherwise stated on your Confirmation.

• Please do not arrive early for check-in; we need the time to clean and prepare your unit.

• The balance of the rental is payable on check-in. We will come to your unit  to complete the registration and to collect the rental balance.

• We accept payment in cash or by cheque (payable to Brian Conway). We DO NOT accept Credit Cards.

• Complete information on Parking, Swimming Area, Recycling, Garbage Disposal, and local Facilities is posted in each cottage.

• Our tap water is treated (UV + Chlorine Injection) and tested Potable. 

• VISITORS: Our facilities are for registered guests only. Visitors limit our other guests' use of the resort facilities, and represent a significant cost to us in water use, sewage, and garbage disposal
• If you plan to have OVERNIGHT VISITORS you must notify us in advance. There is a charge of $10 per overnight visitor. Cottage Maximum Occupancy must not be exceeded.
• If you wish to have DAY VISITORS (persons staying more than 3 hours) you must notify us in advance. There is a charge of $5 per Day Visitor. Maximum number of Day Vistors is 6 persons unless special arrangements are made.
  

• Because our is a family-oriented resort, we ask Guests to observe quiet time after 11:00 PM.

• PWCs (SeaDoos) are not welcome at Echo Bay.

• We value our many repeat guests. You may book the same week next year if you do so before you leave. This year's guests are given priority in booking available weeks for next year. Two weeks after Labour Day all available weeks are posted on the website for booking by the general public.
